Sleep quality better

I have sinus problems and back pain at times and have always had problems sleeping on my back. Sleeping in the zero gravity position has helped a lot. I can go to sleep on my back with my head elevated and sleep for hours before I switch back to side sleeping. The bed moves quietly and smoothly allowing me to go right back to sleep. Even though I wake up on my side in the morning, the hours I spent elevated are helping the sinus congestion and back discomfort.
